2021年9月11日（土）　ハイキング

2021年9月11日（土）
前夜、送ってくれた徳島新聞の切り抜きを、知り合いにメールしていたので、就寝が遅くなり、睡眠時間5時間ほどで起床。
7：15の集合時間にかろうじて間に合う。松本さんはすでに7時前に集合場所についていたが、森岡さんは地下鉄が来なくて7時半になった。それからハチスシ前でまゆみさんピックアップし、Seven Lakes Dr.の駐車場には8：40ごろに着いた。Parkingは満車で、幸運にも一台分だけ空いていた。以下、ラフなコースタイム。詳細コースタイムはこのグループの為に、松本さんがBow-wow WandervogelというFBのページを作ってくれたので、そこに掲載している。

08.55 Lv. the parking and take the 1777W to east bound
09.31 ar. Doodle town, meet the 1777E and take it to south bound
10.10 ar. a stream, break
10.19 lv the stream begin climbing the 1777E
10.50 meet the Red Dot trail and take it to west bound
11.10 ar. the Timp, break


12.10 lv. the Temp and go east
13.30 ar. the Bald mtn. break

14.00 lv. Bald mtn and head west
14.59 ar. a stream, break
15.11 lv. the stream and take ski trail down
15.36 ar. the 1777W and take it to the west
16.15 ar. at the parking
16.36 ar. bear mtn by a car　

16.44. lv Bear mtn.
尚も天気がいいので、Bear Mountain に車で登り、マンハッタンがよく見える素晴らしい景色を堪能して、Fort Leeハチスシにて打ち上げ。それから森岡、松本両氏をマンハッタンB’way ＆　168thにドロップし、Jersey Cityにまゆみさんを送って自宅に着いたのは午後9時になっていた。長い一日だった。
