2022 Christmas Eve is dangerously cold due to “Winter Storm Elliott Intensified Into Bomb Cyclone”.
It is 9 AM in the morning and temp. is only 9 degrees in Fahrenheit and　Minus 13 degree in Celsius（－13℃ ）. Like many years in the past, I was going to attend the Midnight Mass at the St. John the Divine but felt it was dangerous to do so. I am staying home tonight. We lost internet, telephone and TV for 24 hours starting 9 am today.
毎年、友人たちが歌うSt. Johnのミッドナイトミサに行くのですが、冬の嵐のおかげで今朝はマイナス13度。気温は一日中ほとんど変わらないので、家に居ることにしました。今年はこのあたりには雪はありませんでした。TV, Internet それに電話が、朝の9時ごろからほぼ24時間ほど不通となりました。
