0311（Mon）Went to post office to send a gift to Mr. Akamatsu of KG Glee Club who invited me to sing at the August Concert. Postage was $32.35 which far exceeds the cost of the gift.

3月15日（金）ニューヨーク育英学園の卒園式には、NY日系人会の佐藤会長にもご列席頂き、祝辞を頂戴しました。小生も、同園の理事3年目で、今年も招待いただき、ささやかな祝辞を述べました。配られた卒業文集には、昨年四月、小生の特別授業記念写真が表紙に使われていました。
On Marchi 15 (Fri), I was invited to the graduation ceremony of NY Ikuei Gakuen, a private kindergarten and elementary school where I was a member of the board. I gave a small congratulatory message to the students and their parents.
