Again, cloudy in the morning and temp. was mid-teens. Innkeeper offered to take me by his truck and started from Redecilla del Camino. Left the Autonomous community of La Rioja and entered in the Autonomous community of Castilla y Leon. At Castildelgado, met with two American women, both were 71, one was from Oregon and the other was from Texas. Walked together for about 2 km to Viloria de la Rioja and they decided to take taxi for Brlorado. Kept walking the Camino along hi-way N-120. Met with Polish girl just before Vilmayor del Rio and as soon as entered the village, she stopped to check email. Kept going alone and took lunch at the fountain of the village. There, it became sunny. Walked last 5 km in the sun to Belorado. One guy on the bike passed me, then stopped and came back. I was wondering why. He wanted to take a photo of me. The other guy also wanted to take a photo with me. Effect of my hat.
今日の行程は、Rio Ojaにはじまり、Rio Quintana, Rio Relachigo, Villamayor の3本の小さな川をこえ、Rio Tironで目的地のBeloradoに着きます。今日も朝は曇って十数度という低温でした。宿主はトラックに乗せて行ってあげるというので、Redecilla del Caminoまで乗せてもらいました。ここはもうLa Rioja州を出てCastilla y Leonという大きな州に入っています。Redecilla del Caminohaは、5分もあれば通り過ぎてしまうような人口115人の集落です。歩き出すと半時間ばかりで次の村、Castildelegatoに着きました。ここで二人の71歳のアメリカ人女性に会い、2㎞ほど先のViloria de la Riojaの丘の上まで一緒に歩きました。一人はオレゴン、もう一人はテキサスからでした。二人ともViloria de la Riojaで歩くのをやめ、タクシーでBeloradoまでいくことにした様です。Viloria de la Riojaの丘から下りますと、国道N120に沿って西に歩きます。Vilamayorの川を渡って同名の村に入る直前にポーランド人の小柄な女性に会いました。村の水場で昼食をとりました。ここからは晴れて暑くなって来ました。再びN120に沿って歩いていますと、追い越して行った自転車の男性が急にUターンして、私と一緒に写真を撮らせてくれと言ってきたのには少々驚きました。笠が珍しかったのでしょう。目的地のBelorado は、7年前に来た際には巡礼宿の為にあるような村と思っていましたが、今晩音楽祭をやるとかでちょっと見直しました。
